District 1 Update – Waller’s Wall On The Avenues

District 1 Voters

A Wall Between The Avenues

Brad Waller, a member of Redondo’s General Plan Advisory Committee, recently voted there for high-density multi-story housing to be built all along PCH in South Redondo.

That means new construction can be built 45 feet tall; and with builder incentives, increased to nearly 60 feet!  This will make PCH a canyon of tall apartment buildings.

Thousands of people…and their cars.  These structures also won’t require any    on-site parking.  Good luck finding a spot on your street.

Brad Waller falsely said we have no choice.  Thankfully you do – Brad just doesn’t want you to know that.

Don’t vote for Brad!

Vote for Nils Nehrenheim For City Council District 1
BEFORE March 2, 2021 in this mail-in only ballot.

Nils WON’T vote for over-densification!
